What We Do

In 2004, Arlington Academy of Hope (AAH) opened a new school in the village of Bumwalukani.

Our goal was to create a model primary school that would set new learning standards and enable children to get an excellent education. Prior to AAH, families had no choice but to send their children to poor, overcrowded schools or keep them home to work the fields. AAH opened new possibilities for children and gives them and their families hope for a better future. AAH is now impacts tens of thousands annually with improved education, healthcare and microfinance.
